Yes. Most rural and lifestyle properties around Kerikeri aren’t on a public sewer and need an on-site wastewater system designed to NZS 1547 or TP58. This is a long-standing specialty of ours.
Yes. We provide the feasibility, earthworks, three waters and roading design and consenting support to subdivide rural and lifestyle land around Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands.
Kerikeri is in the Far North District, so building and subdivision consents go to Far North District Council, with Northland Regional Council handling regional matters such as earthworks and discharges. We manage the engineering input to both.
